Price clarification and my responsibility to you

After recently buying something off of PM, waiting 3.5 weeks, cancelling the order after not receiving it, making an offer for $15 less when the seller relisted the item only have it denied: I want you to know I will always ship within 3-5 days, and I’ll always aim for 1-3 days. When you buy something from me, it’s a contract with me and I owe you something! I price current FIGS styles to get the website value once pm takes commission. If more $, it’s because it’s discontinued or I paid that price on PM/merc/eBay
