One ruffle on one strap. Floor length but with slits on the bottom. Stretchy waist. Size XSmall but I'm between Small and Medium, it still fit. There are buttons in the front that are hidden by the ruffles. Just unbotton one or two for bigger busts. Adjustable straps. Color: seafoam green with mix of emerald. Wore only once for brunch party.

@smallwonder2003 blend of cotton and polyester. Very light and soft. Similar to the feeling of silk. Good material. Doesn't feel cheap.
