PrettyLittleThing Tupac T-shirt dress

PrettyLittleThing Tupac T-shirt dress. Size 4 but runs small. Armpit to armpit is 17 1/2”. Armpit to bottom is 23”. I got this hoping a size 4 would be a bit oversized but it’s more fitted than I was wanting. Listing as a 0 for better fit accuracy.
