PLT Plisse Dress in Size 4. Chocolate Brown. This unforgettable dress features a wrap dress style upper body, shoulder pads, long balloon sleeves, defined waist, cute belt, ruffle skirt. The fabric is plisse which looks like it has a thousand mini pleats. It is a true chocolate brown which is why I posted the first two photos (Stock). I could not properly capture the beauty of this dress. Measurements Approx: Pit to Pit - 16" Length - 33" Waist - 13" (Laying flat) Left sleeve has an indention within the pleats as shown in last photo. Lots of stretch to this dress!
