Size UK4 US0 and they fit just like that, would fit a 00 too but not a 2 in my opinion. Measurements, laid flat: 11 1/2” - 1 across waist (stretches up to 15” across), 18” across hip, rise 12” in the front and 13 1/2” in the back, 25 1/2” inseam. Excellent condition, only worn once, no flaws or visible signs of wear. I do not have the matching shirt.
