Pretty yellow floral ruffled sleeveless top

Cheery yellow and white floral with ruffled v-neck, turn-back collar and fitted waist. Very feminine and flattering. This is a re-Posh, as it was too tight for me. In great condition. 98% cotton/2% spandex, but NO stretch. Machine wash/dry. Size M Bust: 19" Waist: 17" Hip/hem: 21" Length: 23.5" All measurements are approximate.
