Pretty pleated navy skirt

Lovely broad pleats are the defining feature of this demure skirt! It was really tough for me to capture the color but it is a true navy. Side zipper. Great condition except for a bit of loose thread at the front of one of the pleats. Waist measures approximately 28 inches
