Pretty littlething Wrap Blazer Dress

New Dress, This dress has one belt on the side that fit across the front, not sure if that's the way it go are not,I took a picture of how it would look if so.I think manufacturer forgot to add the other belt ,but it can be worn with a brochure ( see picture) I will let this New Dress at a good Price.
