Pretty indigo blue dress with gold chest detail!

The blue is a shiny sea blue with a gold chest tied detailed. The dress was worn only once on vacation, and it was perfect for beachy weather! The size is L but more like an M (depending on your measurements.) The dress is light, with short sleeves and has no lining. (SYK)
