Pretty hanging mini wreath

Very pretty bright gold hanging mini wreath with red rhinestones. About 4.75 inches wide. Hangs by a string 4 inches long. Given to me as a gift this past holiday but I already have a similar one. Very striking. Feels like it’s made of a ceramic like material but I’m not sure.
