Pretty dress

Has blue flowers. It ties together at the top of the shoulders. However when I wore it I tied together the front two around my neck and tucked the back too into my dress. Both are cute!! Only worn once :) this would fit most sizes since the top is stretchy and you can adjust the straps. So size is small but would even fit medium or large!
