Pretty Striped Summer Dress

A lightweight summer dress with stripes and faux button detail. Back smocking gives a good fit. No size tag, but it’s an XS/S. Measurements- Bust 14” (smocking gives additional stretch). Waist 12” unstretched. Skirt length 27”. Shoulder to hem length 41”. Excellent condition worn once.
