Pretty Little Thing Zebra dress Plus NWT

Plus Black Zebra High Neck Draped Midi Dress. New with tag. Dress is made of black chiffon with velvet zebra lines. Soft black mini dress lining under the chiffon. Arms are not lined. Body of dress is lined with mini dress so the bottom part of the dress is see through. Zips up all the way to the back of the high neck. Dress is meant to be fitted. Extremely flattering and snatches waist. Reviews had mentioned this dress ran small so I sized up to a size 20 US (24UK) and fits as a regular 18US. Label says size 20US but listed as 18 due to this dress running small.
