NWT! I cut off the tags because I was going to wear it but it ended up not fitting. I still have the tags they are just not attached. I JUST ordered this and tried it on and it’s too small. So upsetting because it’s so cute! Size is US 2. I usually wear a small in tops, so I would assume it is an XS... possibly even XXS.
