Pretty Little Thing “Emerald Green Frill Detail Pleated Skater Dress”

Still on the Pretty Little Thing website, but sold out. This dress is fabulous for the fall and winter, and would be great for a holiday party! I wore it with knee high boots and a hair scarf to give it more of a 1960s/70s vibe. Material and care tag in the photos.
