Pretty Light Blue Lacy Skirt

I’ve never gotten the chance to wear it, but the lace is so pretty, I’ve been reluctant to let it goo. It’s two layers and it’s light and flowy. It’s in perfect condition and brand new! Size: XS (but could be a S too)
