Pretty Knox Rose Dress or Tunic

Beautifully detailed dress or tunic. Outer dress and lining = rayon. Looks more expensive than it is. Deep black with cream and deep golden embroidery on front. Scalloped detailing on neck and sleeve. I am 5'1" and it hits at above my knee.
