Pretty Garden Womens Floral Short Peasant Tunic Flowy NEW medium

This is such a beautiful and comfortable floral short dress. It is 100% polyester with gathers at the seam making it flowing and loose. It is V-neck with some decorative little buttons on the chest. The colors are primarily blue red and yellow. It is new in excellent condition with the tag on it. I have measurements in the pictures. Thank you for considering my item.
