This beautiful boho dress is a dark teal color, ties at the neck, and has layered ruffle sleeves. It is elasticized underneath the chest and the has a tiered skirt. Lightweight fabric perfect for summer! I love this dress but need a bigger size as this is a bit too snug on me. Reposhing this item I purchased from @katycarrolls.
