Pretty Flowing Paisley Skirt

Adorable flowy wrap skirt. I bought this from Francesca's and wore it twice. It is too short for my bum without thick leggings. It's in great condition. I love the velvety flowers and darling bow tie. Pair with a cream turtleneck and black knee high boots for a fun look! Length is 18" by 14". This skirt has no give to it. True to size medium but a smaller person could tie it more to size!
