Pretty Elle A-Line Black with 3D Floral Skirt Size Medium

So cute. Slightly a-line skirt. Waist band is stretchy (actual skirt not so much). Laying flat, not stretched, waist is at about 16.5 inches. It stretches to about 18.5 inches but the body of the skirt doesn't. This is lined. 3D floral designs sort of hclave a crepe paper feel to them. Fun detail, for sure. Skirt is about 18 inches long. No defects!
