Bright orange dress from H&M I only wore once! Drop waist. Small exposed zipper in the back, mock turtleneck collar. Sized small. Collar to hem = 31.5 inches. Under the arms across = 30 inches. (The photo of me wearing the dress is true color. The cell phone photo of the dress is too red.)
