Pretty Blue Cocktail Dress

This gorgeous cocktail dress in a rich navy blue with cutout lace details and POCKETS(!) twirls like a dream and works well for any dressy occasion like a summer wedding or graduation party. I bought it for a friend's wedding and have not worn it since! So it is in "just like new" condition. Unfortunately it doesn't fit me anymore or I would keep it, because this cut will always be in style. Fully lined with a side zip closure- and did I mention it has pockets!!! If you are a size 8.5 I also have a nice pair of matching heels I'd be happy to sell with this.
