Pretty Beaded “Thinga-Muh-Jing’s”

Not sure what these are… They were given to me by my Aunt who also didn’t Know what they were. My Best Guess was that they Twist onto the Stem of Wine Glasses and the little silver pendant is the differentiating piece so you could tell them apart? 😅🤷🏻‍♀️ I really just don’t know. Party Favors? They are made of bendable wire and they have Beach themed pendants dangling at the bottom of each.
