Pre-owned suede vans sneakers size 5

Pre-owned suede vans sneakers size 5. I normally wear a size 5 in vans or the juniors size and these seem to run a bit big. I bought them when I was pregnant but barely wore them and now they are too big. I wear women’s size 5.5 or 6 depending on the brand and sneakers I usually wear 5 or smaller.
