Prenatal Yoga DVD and magazine article used GUC

This bundle contains a used Prenatal Yoga DVD and a magazine article. The DVD was produced by GAIAM in 2000 It features Shiva Rea and 2 others who take you through meditation and exercises that you can do through all stages of pregnancy (unless your doctor has advised against yoga) Shiva takes the viewer through 1st trimester poses, the others demonstrate adjustments to make during 2nd and 3rd. I took a photo to give you an idea. The article is included in a 2007 issue of yoga journal magazine.
