Premier International Dress with Embroidery, Side Slits and POCKETS! size 2X

This size 2X dark blue Premier International dress has beautiful embroidery around the neck in a floral design and it even has pockets! It is a soft, heavier fabric (65% rayon and 35% polyester) and would great either by itself or as a jumper with a blouse underneath. It measures 46" around and is 51" long with 12" side slits.
