Pre-date code authentic Louis Vuitton money holder

Authentic Louis Vuitton small money holder in used and vintage condition. I don’t see a date code on this pieces. Dates codes started in 1982. You can see that the heat stamp has a lowercase f in “made in france”. This was printed this way in the 80’s, so my guess is that this piece is from 1980 or 1981. This is a money holder (think money clip). One side is designed to come out from the pocket and I don’t know why. See pics. The inside leather has wear and rubs. The leather is extremely soft - they don’t make em like this anymore! The outside canvas is the good, thick, but flexible kind. The print is still nice and bold in my opinion, for 40+ years old.
