@patriotbeauty hi, armpit to armpit is 22 inches laying flat. From shoulder to bottom hem is 24 inches. Waist is 19 inches. All measurements are laying flat. The fabric has stretch as well. Hope this helps. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks. ๐น
