Precious Moments miniature "sisters" collectors plate

4.25 inches in diameter.No chips or cracks.Very good condition.Personalized and dated on back for previous owner.Design is offset which is quite a flaw, and i am unsure whether this would increase or decrease its value.Regardless, would make a nice addition to an already existing/growing collection if you are a true PM fan.
