This is a The Precious Moments Tiffany Collector DOLL #1014 with stand1993. It's missing the straw hat. It has the tag, but it does have a rip. The doll is nice and clean. The hair is a little messy. It comes with the Precious Moments stand. IF you don't don't like the price, make a reasonable offer.. I might say YES because I like to move things quickly as I have a lot of inventory of items.
