The lining is silk in a dark blue but the tie itself feels more like poly cotton. So, maybe best for work, date night or semi-formals! Charcoal Gray tie with super thing white and red diagonal stripes - approx 3" at it's widest and approx 55 1/4" long. The tag says Italian and that it's pure silk. The lining is a burnt orange silk and the actual tie itself feels more like poly cotton. Dark Gray tie with red (with what I think is an orange undertone) diagonal stripes - this one feels like silk and is also approx 3" at it's widest and approx 57" long. The tag says Italian and that it's pure silk. The lining is sort of a burnt orange also. NOTE: THIS ONE DOES HAVE A TINY STAIN. PLEASE SEE PIC. Maybe it's about 1/16", when you look at it in person, it blends in pretty well with the tie...but if you are a perfectionist, then it'll be noticeable. Comes from our smoke-free home and all of our listings are stored in plastic bins to protect them from dust, etc.
