These watercolor paints are student grade and beginner friendly for kids and adults. The colors are vibrant and non-toxic. There are signs of wear on the front label, crossed out writing on the front, and there may be other marks/paint on the case. The case is a hard plastic and can easily be cleaned, inside and out. Pans can be rearranged, and the inside of the lid doubles as a paint palette and mixing tray. (The colors on the mixing tray can be reactivated with water to use, or you can wipe them clean!) Refill pans are sold elsewhere, and you can find replacements in Prang, other brands, or even make your own paint pans.
