Prana wool blend Rust colored skirt size XS GUC

Pretty rust colored skirt from Prana. This is a one length skirt with a long waist that can be folded over. The skirt can also double as a strapless top. There is a raw hem at the bottom. No material/care tag, too itchy and it was removed. Please see photos for the best idea of fit
