Prana Striped Tess Shorts

Blue and white railroad stripe shorts in excellent preloved condition. There is a small hole inside the waist band where I cut out the tag. I believe they are a size 4, but please see measurements below before ordering. Fabric: 99% cotton, 1% spandex. Measures approximately 15" across the waist, 8" rise, and 4.5" inseam.
