This handmade cottagecore rockabilly ditzy dress has been altered at the top, so here's the deal on the fit: While the bust measures 32" across, I had to yank it onto the dress form, which has a 32" bust, because of the taken-in seams at the top back of the dress keeping the top narrow. Therefore, it will be a little uncomfortable for a 32" bust person to get on (but possible). It's perfect for someone with a small bust & shoulders.
