Prada navy ballet flats - size 38

Reposhing these Prada bow flats. The inner blue lining is flaking off and comes off on my feet when I wear them. They are still so beautiful and I get compliments on them :) Size 38 which per the Prada size chart is a size 8 but I’d say they run more like a 7.5 (on me at least).
