mgs_newyork Hi. I just measured the bag. When empty and flat it is 16" across and 11" high from the middle of the bottom to the top. The height between the bottom seam on each side and the start of the strap is 10". I'm not sure what other photos to send. The back of the bag is plain. If there's something specific you want to see just lmk.

shopladyfun What is the length of the crossbody strap if it goes crossbody? Any damages inside or outside? Any odors? Is the bag lightweight when empty? Do all the zippers work well without getting stuck?
