Trench coat type material No tags but fits like an XS Can be worn with or without belt Buttons all the way down The color is either black or VERY dark navy 31.5” in length (shoulder to bottom hem) Pre owned but in great condition. Minor markings but very hard to see. See pics

hadleyposs Hi! Considering purchasing this as a gift and was wondering if based on the cut it would be flexible for someone who is closer to a size small? Specifically who has a bigger chest. I know you stated it fits like an XS but I wasn’t sure since the cut of the dress is flowy.
