Pre loves and shoes wear to the corners from normal use. There is staining along the zipper line from the glue seeping thru the light color. I have not tried to clean this at all so a trip to the spa may take this out. There is one spot on the front corner as well. Strap and shoulder chain are in good condition. The nylon is slightly dingy but again a good cleaning is all it should take. Comes with the straps the chain and the clochette as well as the authenticity certificate from ebay.
