@scottie1933 Hi thank you for your interest💕I thought a 16.5” would be over the knee but I checked online & I was wrong. Over-the-knee is 18” or higher. I’m sorry for the confusion.

Could you please stand on a measuring tape for the length of your foot (I assume you could not get a tape measure inside to the bottom) to ensure fit? I have several Prada’s-however each one is a different size. Thank you advance.
