I don’t have the exact measurements, but my 10 year old little boy has the same size in red and wears it just fine. We both have small heads also.

@debsdeals744 the circumference is approximately 21 inches.
If I “ply” it into a perfect circle because it’s a fabric, the diameter is approximately 8 inches. This is all measurements that actually sit on the head. Not the whole hat including the bill around.
