@reneshahopson no problem. I wear between a 7.5-8 in women depending on the type of shoe. In my opinion and what I know now, Prada American Cup sneakers run a little big so I actually could fit a 7-7.5 in this particular sneaker. I bought another pair of white American cup in a 38 (8 US) and they are a little big but fits ok with a thick sock. Hope this helps.
