Blouse has black collar, cuffs and placket. Fabric has no stretch and is somewhat sheer; wearing a camisole underneath would be recommended. Fit of blouse slightly loose, but it still runs a bit small. Please check given measurements against a similar garment that you know fits you well. 100% polyester.
