Prabal Gurung for Target floral skirt

This is a size 6, but the waistline fits more like a size 4. Only worn a couple of times- like new! This circle skirt has beautiful black and white floral prints. I’ve dressed this up or down. I wore it with the blue floral flutter sleeve tank I’ve also listed for a cute outfit!
