STUNNING fit and flare full floral print dress by Pranav Gurung for Target line. This dress was sold out immediately in stores when the line launched and I had paid $100+ on eBay for it. I only wore it twice and it has been dry cleaned. Dress is fully lined with a tulle layer in the skirt for extra fullness. Has two pockets on the side seams. Fits true to size 4.
