hi are these loose fitting? also I can't tell what the bottom of the legs look like,are they joggers or adjustable?

Hi, They are loose but then tapered. I added a few more pictures, but i am tall, they may fit differently on you… they have a cuff but it is only sewn on the outside of the pant leg, so it sort of looks cinched if you let it out. So you can wear them either way. the inseam if you leave the cuff out is 31. If you fold the cuff the inseam is 26.5.

Also when Taking these pictures I noticed there are holes for a drawstring but I never had the drawstring- it wasn’t there when I purchased them and you don’t need it, they’re fully elastic
