cacasual @katanatrip when stretched to the fullest. If you remove the elastic it will measure that. If you keep the elastic in it measures what is shown in the other picture. Hope that helps!

katanatrip @cacasual My husband is a 31 or 32 waste and has these jeans already in this size. 35 is way too big..I wonder if they were miss-sized? We’re going to measure his and get back to you. Thanks for all your time!

katanatrip @cacasual so, we measured but realized his are 32x30. They did measure 35”! But it was after wearing them a few days and were all stretched out. I’m gonna wash and see where we land. Why can’t jeans just be what they say?! 😅

cacasual @katanatrip I know! And we thought women’s clothes were hard. I think that men’s jeans often ran larger, as I’ve learned from measuring many of them. And belts are even tougher because it’s the measurement to the center hole not the length of the belt. Who knows! These do have that elastic that can make it fit tighter. Just let me know if you’d like them!
