Are shams included? Size? I know it’s F/Q but I believe PB have recently made their duvets bigger - don’t know if my insert will fit. I had one their Matine Toile F/Q duvet covers (another house, blue) and the duvet cover/insert I bought from PB this winter are very generous. Thank you.
