Pottery Barn Monogram Letter “E” Silver Bookmark

This monogram bookmark is about a little over an inch wide and about 6 inches long. I don’t think it’s actual silver. Just silver in color. It has a few dark specks on it. Please refer to the pictures. I also took a video since the pictures don’t really depict its mirror like reflection silver color. I have never used it, but I’ve had it a very long time.
